Welcome to Sterling breeze 2302, our spacious and inviting 2 bedrooms plus Private CUSTOM Pirate Ship bunkroom condo located in the prestigious Sterling Breeze Resort just a short walk to pier park.
Complimentary beach service (two chairs and an umbrella) is provided seasonally, March through October weather permitting.
This unit is on the top floor and is the penthouse level, nobody above you making noise and dragging chairs around, You don’t get much noise from traffic and people, but what you do get is the most beautiful sound in the world. The sound of the crashing of the waves against the sand. Waking up in the morning and sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee and watching the colors of the sunrise against the miles of the emerald coast! Pure bliss!
Our condo was updated in 2018, and then again in 2024. The living room has a very comfortable sofa and a 65″ 4k Roku TV so you can stream your favorite shows and movies with the family at the end of an amazing day at the beach.

Bedrooms
(1)The Master has a King size bed and overlooks the beautiful ocean from the top floor. It has a 50″ 4k Smart Roku TV, and an attached bathroom.
(2)The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and a 50″ 4k Smart Roku TV.
(3)The private bunk room, has individual tvs at the end of each bunk bed. and a custom-built barn door that the kids will love!! The room was custom built in March 2024 and has a custom pirate ship bunkbed, custom murals and is one of a kind.
The Livingroom couch is a pullout sleeper sofa and can accommodate 2 additional guests.
Our beautifully designed kitchen with granite countertops and tile backsplash is ideal for entertaining. The breakfast bar for 4 and dining area table allows you to entertain with the most amazing view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
After a busy day, find time to unwind on our fully Private West facing Balcony with your own private Grill, 23 stories above the ocean to watch the most amazing sunsets you will ever see. This is the penthouse level so this condo is one of 5 in the building with its massive 17′ ceiling height. The View is so amazing from the top floor you can see for miles down the coastline of the Gulf. We spared no expense on the balcony furniture.
Seating with 4 Pub style beach chairs so you don’t have the rails of the balcony blocking your view and two lounge chairs to layout and since you are on the top floor and our balcony sticks out from neighboring balcony you are protected from view for sunbathing!

Check out the amenities in the building, the building pool is heated in the cooler months. It is a favorite of kids and adults.
There is a gym if you need to workout with a view while on vacation.
